Opening its doors in 2016, Cream Parlor is a place in the community where all are welcome to gather, relax, and have fun. With all the comforts of home, from vintage knick knacks, to grandma’s china, and your favorite childhood game – come to drink, chat, lick, and nibble!
With many years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Ainsley Sheppard knew for over a decade that she wanted a culinary place of her own. Ainsley has launched successful businesses from Miami to Toronto, including a gourmet food company, which became a staple in many well-stocked home pantries in Toronto. After discovering the primo vacant space we affectionately now know as Cream Parlor, Ainsley instantly became inspired by the back patio, ran home and drew everything out. It came to her immediately - the name, menu, layout - it was a dream come true!

Cream Parlor is home to some of the most delicious ice cream and homemade sweets! But we don't stop at desserts - also enjoy a selection of healthy, homemade lunch and dinner creations including wraps, paninis, and salads. Choose from a full menu of coffees, teas, and signature mocktails, and put your own creative, sweat twists on it. Don't miss our fully-loaded smashed potatoes and Cream’s very own tarintes, open-faced toasted sandwiches.
When you come to Cream Parlor, always save room for dessert. Our Parlor is your fantasy land where sweet dreams come true. From our colossal brownie mountain, to our heavenly milkshakes, let your imagination run wild! Pick from one of our signature ice creams, like Purple Rain, Unicorn Poop, or Up All Night, and add as many fanciful toppings and decorations as you desire. You'll never run out of options, from edible flowers and butterflies to some of your childhood favorites, like Lucky Charms cereal.
